## Policies

- Check-in from 2:00pm, check-out by 12:00 noon. Earlier arrivals and later departures are usually possible with notice, subject to the day's arrivals.
- Payment: card at the time of booking through the booking engine; bank transfer available for packages and whole-island reservations. Incidentals are settled on departure.
- Cancellation: terms are those shown at the point of booking. Cancellations must be sent in writing to reservations@laestanciabusuanga.com. Terms are firm because a cancelled room in a sixteen-room property is rarely resold at short notice.
- Weather: flights and ferries to Busuanga are occasionally disrupted. Boat trips may be moved or cancelled at the team's discretion for safety; sheltered mangrove kayaking usually still runs.
- Children are welcome. Dietary requirements are accommodated with advance notice — the nearest market is an hour away, so the kitchen shops for confirmed guests.
- Wi-Fi is available throughout. Mobile signal is limited, which most guests come to regard as a feature.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets are not accommodated.

## Common questions

- Is the resort on its own island? It sits on a private stretch of coast on the western side of Busuanga Island, with no neighbouring resort and no passing traffic. The whole property can be reserved exclusively.
- How far is it from Coron Town? About an hour by road, on the opposite side of the island. Coron's lagoons and wreck dives are usually done as a day trip.
- Are meals really included? Yes — breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, served in a different setting each evening. There is no restaurant menu and no bill at the end of a meal. Alcohol, spa treatments and tours are charged separately.
- Can you get married there? Yes. Up to about 40 guests can stay and around 60 can attend for the day. Ceremony settings are the beach, the wharf and the hilltop.
- What is the best time of year? February to April for the calmest sea and clearest water. November and early December offer similar conditions with lower rates.
- Do you host corporate groups? Yes — whole-island buyouts suit small offsites, with a yoga deck, sauna and no distractions.

## Getting there

- Fly Manila, Clark or Cebu to Francisco B. Reyes Airport (USU), Busuanga. Manila to Busuanga is about 1 hour 5 minutes and the most frequent route.
- The resort meets every guest at the airport terminal. Private transfer across the island takes about 1 hour.
- Alternative: 2GO Travel overnight ferry Manila to Coron Town, departing Manila Friday evening and Coron Sunday evening, then a road transfer.
- Fly in the morning and you can be swimming the same afternoon.
