From your room or balcony, you can feast your eyes on a breathtaking view of the beach, the calm waters of Gutob Bay, the nearby islands, a mangrove forest, and an endless green of the hills surrounding the resort.  Depending on the season you may also see different kinds of exotic birds perched on the trees of the resort attracted by their colorful flowers.

All our rooms are well appointed and fronting the beach or the verdant hills surrounding the resort. With balconies facing the east you our guests have a vantage view of colorful sunrises at dawn while sipping your coffee or tea. Depending also on the day of the month, you may also be rewarded with a glorious moon rise and its reflection over the calm waters.

As a family-owned resort La Estancia Busuanga boasts of amenities enjoyed by our family and friends.
Adventure seekers can use the kayaks or paddle boards to explore the mangrove forest nearby. For those even more adventurous can do this at night and be rewarded by a light show of fireflies. Those not keen on physical exertion may rent an outrigger boat or speed boat and try bottom fishing near the resort or tour to the islands
Book lovers can choose books or magazines from the library and choose from the myriad places where they can enjoy quiet time such as the hammock at the beach, the sofa at the wharf cabana, or the lounge chairs by the pool among others.
For dining, you may choose different venues to enjoy your meal in private. These are the main wharf cabana, the P3 cabana, the basin cabana, the beach, the garden terrazas, or the pool side. Of course, there is also the restaurant and the bar for those who prefer more traditional places to dine.
As we are in an island, our menu focuses on fresh catch and fresh harvest of the day that neighboring farmers and fishermen deliver to us. We serve mostly Filipino, Asian and some western dishes.

Within kayaking distance is Lolo’s Beach, a private beach owned by the Barracoso family. This is a perfect place to lounge, sunbathe and watch the sunset and see fireflies light the trees.

45 minutes away by boat from La Estancia, is Black Island, a karst island that looks black from afar. Here guests can spend hours exploring the caves, basking in the white powdery sand, and snorkeling to admire the colorful corals.

Another island close 20 minutes away is Dibutunay island, which is also known for its expanse of white sand, live corals, and calm sea. Other islands a bit farther away are Pass island, Elet Island, North Cay, and Pamalican islands.

Calauit Nature Safari which is a nature reserve with African animals such as giraffes and zebras is a 20-minute short drive by land and another 10 minutes boat ride to cross the bay.  Here guests are allowed to feed the animals and is a great treat specially for children.
Other activities that can be done right at the resort are bird watching, trekking, kayaking, fishing, swimming at the beach or pool, exploring the mangroves and star gazing.
